The Complainant, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France, is part of the Boehringer Ingelheim group, a global pharmaceutical group operating, inter alia, in the field of animal health.<\/span><\/p>\n

The disputed domain name <frontlineuk.store> was registered on May 4, 2026. According to the Registrar’s verification, the registrant is identified as “Shopify Pro”, with an address in Glasgow, United Kingdom.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to a screenshot dated September 7, 2026 submitted by the Complainant as Annex 6 to the Complaint, the disputed domain name resolved at that time to an online store offering for sale products bearing the Complainant’s FRONTLINE trademark. The website prominently used the FRONTLINE trademark and presented itself under the name “Frontline”. The screenshot does not display any disclaimer or other statement identifying the operator of the website as independent of, or unaffiliated with, the Complainant. Rather, the website displays the following copyright notice, “© 2026, FrontlineUk Powered by FrontlineUk”.<\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with the Panel’s limited powers of independent investigation under paragraph 10 of the Rules, the Panel attempted to access the website at the disputed domain name on October 3, 2026. At that time, the disputed domain name returned a Cloudflare “Error 1001 – DNS resolution error” page and the online store evidenced in Annex 6 was no longer accessible.<\/span><\/p>", "other_legal_proceedings": "

COMPLAINANT<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant contends that the requirements of the Policy have been met and that the disputed domain name should be transferred to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

First UDRP element – the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Complainant's trademark<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant contends that it owns longstanding registered rights in the FRONTLINE trademark which substantially predate the registration of the disputed domain name.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant contends that the disputed domain name incorporates the FRONTLINE trademark in its entirety, merely adding the geographic abbreviation “uk”. The Complainant submits that this addition does not prevent the FRONTLINE trademark from remaining clearly recognizable within the disputed domain name and therefore does not prevent a finding of confusing similarity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant further submits that the “.store” generic Top-Level Domain (“gTLD”) should be disregarded for the purposes of the confusing similarity assessment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Second UDRP element – the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant contends that it has never licensed, authorized or otherwise permitted the Respondent to use the FRONTLINE trademark or to register any domain name incorporating that trademark, and that no commercial relationship exists between the parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant further contends that there is no evidence that the Respondent is commonly known by the disputed domain name.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant states that the disputed domain name resolved to a commercial website offering for sale FRONTLINE branded products at discounted prices.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant contends that the Respondent has used the disputed domain name and corresponding website in a manner calculated to disrupt the Complainant’s business and to attract users by impersonating the Complainant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Third UDRP element – the disputed domain name was registered and is being used in bad faith<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant contends that the Respondent registered the disputed domain name with knowledge of and in order to target the Complainant and its FRONTLINE trademark.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant submits that the Respondent’s knowledge of the Complainant is demonstrated by its use of the disputed domain name specifically to offer products bearing the FRONTLINE trademark at discounted prices.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Complainant further contends that the Respondent has intentionally attempted to attract Internet users to its website for commercial gain by creating a likelihood of confusion with the FRONTLINE trademark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of the website and the products offered on it.<\/span><\/p>\n
