The Complainant designs and sells footwear and bags under the mark GOLA. It sells these products under this mark throughout the world, including through a series of domain names such as gola.co.uk and golausa.com.
The disputed domain name was registered on 19 August 2021 and locates a website that purports to offer for sale footwear and bags bearing the GOLA mark accompanied by descriptions in German. The Respondent is not connected with the Complainant in any way, but there is no indication on the web page located by the disputed domain name that it is not connected with the Complainant.
